The townhouse is located in a charming typical Andalusian street in the middle of Estepona old town. You have plenty of the old traditional coffee bars, restaurants, little supermarkets and charming squares all on your doorstep. There are plenty of narrow flowered streets with painted white houses in the general area. The beach is only a short 10 minute walk through town with a long sandy beach with a good choice of chiringuitos (beach bars). There is a lovely beachfront promenade with several playgrounds and shaded seating areas which you can take all the way to the port where the boats are. The marina is also a popular area with plenty of bars and restaurants and is also home to the early morning Sunday craft market. The bull ring is across the road from the port where in summer open air concerts and cinema takes place. Most of the museums (all normally free) have also been moved to this location.
